Progress for me has never been a dream. It has always been a distant reality and once a milestone is achieved, there is always another one waiting to be crossed. I started this organization with just a handful of people and limited resources. Starting from 1995 till today, the company has covered an extraordinary and evolutionary journey. In 1995, we had commenced our journey with millions of hopes, dreams and enthusiasm and today when we are celebrating Kintech’s 28th year nothing has changed, except the fact that we have made our dreams reality and have new ones now.

Since the inception, Kintech has been adding and growing on to everything we have, the manpower, the achievements, multiple business domains and enthusiasm & dedication towards our work and responsibility. More than being a global player, I always perceived our company as a unit that could make a difference with its quality and services rendered. This attitude and positivity show in our growth rate since the beginning. I always believe that, “Slow and steady wins the race”, we might not be one the most rapidly growing company, but undoubtedly, we are one of the most steadily growing and trusted company in the field of Renewable Energy pan India.

Kintech's employees have always been my true assets. The journey of Kintech is never ending. But with the support of my Team and clients, I am confident that the Company will continue to scale milestones of excellence for years to come. We have remained resilient and patient to tide over the current covid challenges, while retaining our strategic focus to become a future-ready Company that is more sustainable, more competitive and more evolved. We are leveraging our Engineering expertise to create tomorrow’s solutions with our valuable clients and nurturing new businesses even as we become leaner, stronger and more agile.

Today, we complete another successful year and we should celebrate for being able to make a significant space for ourselves in the market and hope to keep achieving new and bigger milestones. Let’s take a pledge to keep achieving new benchmarks in the Renewable Industry and make our Company one of the most trustworthy and successful Company in the Energy segment.
