CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY(CSR) KINTECH

PREFACE

India is the first country in the world to make Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) mandatory, following an amendment to The Company Act, 2013 in April 2014.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is vital not just for environment, society and the world at large but for our Company’s reputation commendable CSR Strategies improve consumer trust, company recommendations and brand sentiments. This all lead to increased revenue for corporate and small business alike. But a Corporate Social Responsibility benefit extends far beyond sales.

A robust CSR Programme is an opportunity for KINTECH to demonstrate good corporate citizenship and protect Company from outsized risk by looking at the whole socially environmental sphere that surrounds the Company. The potential benefits of CSR to Kintech includes: Better brand recognition, Positive business reputation, Increased Sales and Customer Loyalty.

Kintech Synergy Private Limited carries out various CSR projects most of which are Community Improvement, Women Empowerment Activities, HealthCare Projects, Education, Sustainable Livelihood and Socially Disadvantaged Communities. CSR initiatives encompass the extent to which we promote our human rights, democracy community improvement and sustainable development. The KINTECH CSR goal has been traced based on the above guiding convictions. The planning and execution approach are segmented to achieve the CSR goals. A higher degree of sustainability can be achieved in business by balancing growth in all aspects of development - financial, natural, social, human and physical.

Kintech aims to execute the goal through four types of CSR programs:

WAYS TO CSR PROGRAMS:

1. Environmental efforts:

One primary focus of corporate social responsibility is the environment. While the rapid expansion into renewables as a means of CSR can be easily explained by the positive tangible benefits it brings to local communities (like clean air and water), it also doesn’t hurt that often times wind and solar energy represents a cost savings to the business by avoiding more expensive utility-fed power.

2. Philanthropy:

We at Kintech practice social responsibility by donating money, products or services to social causes and tend to have a lot of resources that can benefit charities and local community programs.

3. Ethical labour practices:

By treating employees fairly and ethically, Kintech also demonstrate their corporate social responsibility.

4. Volunteering:

Attending volunteer events says a lot about our company's sincerity. By doing good deeds without expecting anything in return, our employees express their concern for specific issues and support for their own colleagues when any disaster occurs.

Kintech CSR is about the fact that corporates are utilising the resources of the society, therefore, it is the moral and ethical responsibility of the corporate to give back to the society. In order to make socio-economic development the responsibility should also be shared by both public and private sectors.
